Bridal Bootcamp

Holly Lips Fit Bridal Bootcamp was inspired by watching my closest friends work toward their dream bodies while juggling wedding planning. While helping them, there were two main things I realized: brides are the busiest people I know, and they’re also on a tight budget–they didn’t have the time, flexibility, or extra money to spend on a personal trainer 3+ times a week while planning a wedding. 

What is included?

In-person, online or hybrid training

Through a consultation call to take all of your goals and priorities into account, we will determine which training format will be the best fit for you. When determining the best fit, these are a few of the factors that I take the following into account: supporting your current fitness level, ensuring you workout wherever you feel most comfortable, incorporating movement you already love to do, accommodating your schedule & timeline and fitting the program into your wedding budget.

Nutritional guidance: 

Whether we determine in-person training, online training or hybrid training is the best fit for you, we will also figure out the best way to incorporate nutritional guidance that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. 

Timeline tracking & weekly check ins: 

We’re not just prepping for the big day–we’re making sure you feel like your most confident self for your bachelorette party, shower, wedding dress fittings, and honeymoon. We’ll connect for weekly check-ins via my app or in person to make sure we’re staying on track for your timeline.

Pricing: 

Pricing contingent on the amount of in-person guidance you are looking for: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. Please inquire to customize this package. In person and online billing done separately.
