My in-person training style is strength-focused with intentional movement, I’m all about thoughtful programming. I primarily work with women who want to build strength, feel less intimidated in the gym, learn the foundations of strength training, and let aesthetic goals like fat loss (toning) or weight loss follow naturally. My programming is never one size fits all, I take your goals, concerns, and abilities into account every step of the way.
