
Hybrid Training
Hybrid training is the best of both worlds, combining the personalized, hands-on support of in-person sessions with the structure and accountability of my online coaching program.
You’ll meet with me for in-person sessions (either at Iron Grace Studios in Hoboken or your apartment gym) to focus on proper form and mastering any movements that are outside of your comfort zone to do alone. You will also follow a custom plan through my app between sessions to stay consistent and make real progress when we are not together.
With hybrid coaching, you get everything included in my online program including custom workouts, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct messaging, plus the added benefit of real-time coaching and connection. This option is perfect if you want extra support, a little more flexibility, and a training experience that’s truly tailored to you.
Pricing
Pricing is contingent on the amount of in person guidance you are looking for: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. Please inquire to customize this package. In person and online billing done separately.
