As a group fitness instructor, I specialize in HIIT. I pride myself on intentional programming ensuring that every participant no matter their level, felt challenged by a total full body workout From my classes, participants can also expect an inclusive, empowering, fun atmosphere. I focus on creating a space where people feel strong, supported, and proud of what their bodies can do. 1 always remind people, "we don't HAVE to work out, we GET to work out". I bring that mindset into every class along with positive vibes, clear coaching, and music that makes you feel like you're at the club!
