Online personal training is a personalized training experience delivered through my app, giving you expert guidance, structure, and accountability wherever you are. I require online clients to have a certain level of exposure to strength training before they are able to begin online coaching for me. During our initial consultation call we will determine if online coaching is the right fit for you

What you get with online coaching

Custom workout plans: 

The key to fat loss and body recomposition (toning) is a regimented strength training program. You’ll receive a personalized strength training plan that aligns with your fitness level, schedule, goals, what you already love to do, and where you want to work out. My app has video demonstrations so you don’t feel lost in the gym and question your form.

Nutritional guidance: 

The other key to fat loss and body recomposition (toning) is a high protein diet and a calorie deficit. A majority of your progress will be made in the kitchen. You’ll learn how to intuitively track your macros while still incorporating the things you love to eat and maintaining a balanced social life.

Timeline tracking & weekly check ins: 

We’ll connect for asynchronous weekly check-ins via my app to make sure we’re staying on track with your goals and any timelines that you may have.
